Transition Wear

Why πŸ‘πŸΎ is πŸ‘πŸΎ it πŸ‘πŸΎ still πŸ‘πŸΎ cold πŸ‘πŸΎ?

I find it sometimes difficult to dress during this time of year. The sun starts to show its face more often and the days feel longer. So I throw off my winter coat, thinking oh, it’ll warm up by lunchtime, and my body becomes confused with the briskness (or honestly cold that still lingers). And I hate being cold. People always say, well you grew up in Michigan, you shouldn’t be cold...πŸ€” My response? I stayed indoors or wore a million layers. I’m not here for it πŸ˜‚.

So during this transition weather where it’s a tad warmer but not really..., lol, what is your go to type of clothing? You know I love a good turtleneck and blazer, and feel like you can do SO much with these two pieces. You can make this business casual by swapping jeans for dress pants and add some heels for a more formal or edgy look. A flair or pencil skirt could also pair easily with both items to achieve a dressier look. But I know...it’s β€œspring”, so throw on a tee or a button up and you have an outfit to use for this transition weather.

For my breastfeeding 🀱🏾 moms, turtlenecks and tees were my go to and made it so easy to feed on the fly. Especially when the little ones get impatient 😬.
